A “No Claims Discount (NCD)” is a reduction in your insurance premium for proving that you are claims free.
To prove that you are claims free, you must obtain a letter from your previous insurance company.
As part of the online process, AXA will ask you to declare the number of years you have been driving without a claim. When finalizing the policy, you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your NCD letter.

Yes, you will get a refund if you cancel your policy provided that there have been no “non-recoverable” claims made against your policy within the policy period.
